Asian Fusion is run by a husband-and-wife team out of a trailer parked in the Country Mart Plus lot — grocery store on one side, the chalkboard on the other. Wings get tossed in seven house flavors, subs are stacked to order, and hibachi comes off the grill Thursday and Friday. Same menu, same board, made fresh every time you order.
